This writer, with an aluminum enclosure, is powered by a USB port allowing you to easily backup your data using standard optical discs (CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray discs), as well as high-capacity, BDXL discs offering more storage. You are also able to archive your data with industry-leading M DISC media for long-term storage.
If you don't have a disc readily available or compatible software for archiving, you don't have to go far! There is a 25GB Blu-ray disc included, as well as Nero Burn and Archive software - making it easy to create your own Blu-ray, DVD, or CD archive.
